All our kitchens are outfitted with modern design slab cabinet doors and drawers finished in premium Rehau Fenix NTM – a high-tech matte finish laminate. These cabinets boast plenty of smart storage and pair beautifully with quartz countertops and stylish hardware.
Our standard RT Urban Homes kitchen package features LG appliances. The french door refrigerator holds 26 cu. ft. and includes the Slim SpacePlus® ice system and SmartThinQ® technology. The over-the-range vented microwave comes standard with EasyClean® interior and one-touch settings. The freestanding Wi-Fi enabled gas range has a brilliant blue interior and built-in Air Fry with fan convection. And the final clean-up is controlled by the Wi-Fi enabled dishwasher with PrintProof™ finish.
All RT Urban Homes kitchen plans feature an optional kitchen wall elevation that upgrades the standard micro/hood to the sleek 30” Zephyr Anzio stainless steel wall hood with LED lighting. The option also includes the 24” Sharp Microwave drawer in the island. Its low-profile design with hidden controls and a stainless steel finish is very convenient and will accommodate a 4qt casserole dish.
One of our favorite and unique kitchen upgrades is the highlift cabinet door option, which offers the choice of a solid door in Rehau or sleek metal frame with inset glass. And for the ultimate designer kitchen look, be sure to choose the Island Waterfall Countertop option that wraps the ends of the island in quartz all the way to the floor.
Home chefs will love the option to upgrade the range to an LG ProBake Convection® Oven. This 30” slide-in gas range features EasyClean® and a 17,000 BTU SuperBoil™ burner perfect for prepping dinner in a flash.
