At RT Urban Homes, the safety of our guests and staff remains a top priority. We want to take a few minutes to update you on the additional steps that we’re taking during these challenging times.

First, our new Revival Collection townhome models are still open.

You can currently tour these models Thursday through Monday from 12-5pm, or by appointment. At this time we have implemented enhanced cleaning protocols in each of these homes, and in our Sales Office and Design Gallery. This includes sanitizing commonly touched surfaces regularly, including:

• Bathrooms
• Light switches
• Door, cabinet, and appliance handles
• Handrails and countertops
• Hard surface floors
• iPads and touchscreens 

We’re also encouraging social distancing at each of our locations by limiting traffic within our model homes to 2 groups and a maximum of 10 guests at a time. As we implement these strategies we ask for your patience, especially if you have to wait outside for a short period of time.

Virtual Tours

In addition to touring our model townhomes, Design Gallery, and Sales Office in person, you can also explore these spaces in virtual environments from the comfort of your own home. By visiting our website you can:

• Take a virtual tour of the Model Homes and Design Gallery
• Review photo galleries and style options
• Set up private appointments or ask questions via chat, phone, or email
