Community Amenities: Gathering Spaces

The RT Urban Homes Revelation Collection has launched in a one-of-a-kind housing development in Lakeville, MN. The beautiful Spirit of Brandtjen Farm community features many gathering spaces, including two beautiful community centers, for neighbors to congregate and get to know each other.

"The Barn" Community Center.

On the north side of Spirit of Brandtjen Farm is the renovated 1920’s era Dairy Barn that once housed Henry Brandtjen’s prized livestock. It now serves as one of the neighborhood’s two Community Centers and gathering spaces. “The Barn” was renovated in 2006 as an adaptive reuse facility by Pope Architects, and spans 8,000 sq. ft of interior space. It features a majestic California redwood central hall, a full kitchen, gathering areas, fitness center and outdoor pool.

"The Granary" Community Center.

The Granary Community Center, closest to the Revelation Collection, is located at the 162nd Street roundabout on the south side of Spirit. Like the Barn, it features a large gathering hall, fitness center, playground, and outdoor pool.
